On December 29th Deputy E.T. Osborn responded to an accident in the 700 block of Telegraph Road. The investigation revealed the driver of a 2000 Acura Integra left the roadway and struck a utility pole.
The driver was not injured, but was found to have a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath. He was arrested for DUI with a blood alcohol content between .15 and .20 and held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
Drive sober or get pulled over.
