On the morning of September 12, 2016, a citizen walking his dog through the Ferry Farm Baptist Church parking lot noticed glass was broken out of a side entry door into the church. He immediately called the Stafford Sheriff’s Office.
When deputies arrived, they found the church had been burglarized. An interior door that led to the office area had been kicked in and numerous rooms and closets were ransacked. The intruder(s) vandalized among other things a thirty-two inch screen television and an electronic display screen. A bible was also ripped apart and thrown on the floor.
Detectives are asking anyone with information to call the Stafford Sheriff’s Office at 540-658-4400.
