The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 16-year-old runaway named Theodore Gladden. The subject is 5’8,” 140 lbs., and has brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a mole on his nose and an earring in his left ear. He may be in the area of the Spotsylvania Mall.
