The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing person named Carl Anthony Butler II. The 23 year-old black male subject is 5’4”, 160 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes. Tattoos include a peace sign on his right leg, Korean writing on his left forearm, and a cross on his chest. He is known to frequent Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Fredericksburg.
