Deputies unfortunately got a front row seat to a full-frontal incident that occurred in South Stafford. On June 15th shortly after 3:00 a.m. Sergeant J.T. Forman and Deputy D.S. Jett responded to Wild Rose Drive for a wild call. It was advised a naked male was stumbling around the roadway. When they arrived, they quickly discovered the report was not exaggerated and there was indeed a completely naked man standing before them. The unclothed miscreant was attempting to enter a Chevy, later discovered to not be his. This episode of naked and not afraid was interrupted when deputies detained the birthday suit wearing male. He would have extreme signs of intoxication and shout threats towards deputies. Much like a trail of breadcrumbs, Deputy Jett was able to follow the suspect’s discarded clothes until he located the suspect’s identification card. The owner of the Chevy advised he did not know the 25-year-old suspect, but was thankful he locked his vehicle before going to bed. The suspect was gifted a jumpsuit when taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail. He was charged with public intoxication, indecent exposure, attempted unlawful entry, vehicle tampering, and obstruction of justice. He was held pending his ability to participate in a bond hearing.
