The Stafford Sheriff’s Office reports that the roads throughout the county continue to be nearly impassable due to icy conditions. The agency is currently responding to a multitude of traffic crashes. Due the volume of crashes, the response time by law enforcement may be delayed.
Citizens are advised to stay off the roads until the temperature rises.
