A Stafford man was arrested after a disturbance involving a rifle, and some alcohol.

On September 30th, at approximately 4:30 p.m. Deputy A.M. Pitts responded to Fairfax Circle for a call of a disturbance. The caller advised, Donald Ullery, 40, mooned them before pointing a rifle towards their residence. When Deputy Pitts arrived, she observed Ullery in his garage throwing and breaking multiple items. He then walked out of the garage holding a rifle.

The rifle was later determined to be a BB-gun and Ullery threw it as his house causing it to bend. A neighbor advised they observed Ullery driving down Fairfax Circle in reverse at a high rate of speed, even though Ullery does not have a driver’s license.

Ullery had glassy, bloodshot eyes and the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. Ullery was charged with public intoxication, brandishing a firearm, driving without a license, and violation of a protective order. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
